End User License Agreement (EULA) for AI Content Aggregator WordPress Plugin

Effective Date: May 20, 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and AI Content Aggregator (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the AI Content Aggregator WordPress plugin (“Plugin”).

1. Grant of License

  • Upon purchase and/or activation, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Plugin on websites that you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement and our Terms & Conditions.
  • The Plugin is licensed, not sold.

2. Licensing and Activation

  • The Plugin requires a valid license key for activation, updates, and support. License keys are issued and managed via the Freemius platform.
  • Each license key is valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be renewed to maintain access to updates and support.
  • You may not share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your license key to others without our prior written consent.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Plugin, except as expressly permitted by applicable law or the Plugin’s open-source license.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Plugin, except as expressly permitted by the Plugin’s license.
  • Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the Plugin to any third party, except as expressly permitted.
  • Use the Plugin for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

4. Intellectual Property

  • The Plugin, including all intellectual property rights, is owned by AI Content Aggregator or its licensors.
  • All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by us.

5. Updates and Support

  • With an active license, you are entitled to receive updates and support for the Plugin for the duration of your license period.
  • Updates and support may be provided directly by us or through Freemius.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue updates or support for the Plugin at our discretion, with reasonable notice.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

  • By using the Plugin, you acknowledge and agree that certain data (such as license activation, usage analytics, and purchase information) may be collected and processed by us and by Freemius for the purposes of license management, analytics, customer support, and compliance.
  • Your use of the Plugin is subject to our Privacy Policy and the Freemius Privacy Policy.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and the Freemius refund process. Please review these policies before making a purchase.

8. Term and Termination

  • This Agreement is effective from the date you first install or use the Plugin and continues until terminated.
  • We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any term of this EULA.
  • Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Plugin and destroy any copies in your possession.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Content Aggregator and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Plugin.

11. Governing Law

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of our principal place of business. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to this Agreement

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
